The CMA helpline is always looking for operators to help take calls from addicts wishing to learn more about the program, find meetings, or who are looking for support. Operators can be of service starting at 1 hour per week. If you’re interested in being of service, please reach out to helpline@cmagso.net.
Volunteers should:
- Have at least one year of continuous clean time.
- Be working with or have worked the Steps with a sponsor.
- Have a working phone that no one else can access (e.g., a mobile phone).
- Have access to the Internet separate from the phone they will use to take calls.
- Be able to commit at least one recurring hour per week (e.g., Tuesday from 3-4 pm).
